Intimacy at Short Notice

My street photographs are urban juxtapositions that meld the personal and political. People reside in a stage set of their own choosing, one rich with textures and surrounding details that inform how we experience them. To be trusted to photograph someone is a gift and I feel beholden to repay the trust by making images that convey our common humanity.
